If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from us, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and, where possible, in original packaging before a refund or exchange can be processed. Refunds for lessons, guided trips, events, and hosted travel may vary depending on notice given and any costs already incurred. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. In some circumstances, activities may need to be postponed or altered due to weather, water conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events, and we will always aim to offer an alternative date or suitable solution where possible. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.
