By booking or participating in activities with The Northern Fishing Company, you agree to our Terms of Service. All lessons, guided trips, hosted travel, events, and purchases are subject to availability and may occasionally need to be altered due to weather, water conditions, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and appropriately equipped for activities, and all minors must be accompanied or authorised by a responsible adult. Deposits and payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed, and cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. Northern Fishing School accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where required by law. By attending our activities, events, or trips, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may occasionally be taken and used for promotional and marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any imagery, please inform us upon arrival for your booked service.
