The Short version of RIO's acclaimed Elite Scandi MDC Kit is purpose-built for switch rods and shorter two-handed rods up to 12ft — delivering the same full-system versatility as the Long kit in a more compact, snappy format. Combining Skagit power with Scandi grace, it gives Spey anglers everything they need to cover the full water column on smaller rivers and tighter casting situations.

The compact Scandi head loads quickly and throws tight, controlled loops that unroll effortlessly — ideal for rivers where casting space is at a premium.
