The Peeping Caddis Jig combines the classic cased caddis larva imitation with the point-up riding advantage of a jig hook — keeping the fly running close to the bottom where caddis larvae are found while virtually eliminating snags. A great point fly for any time of year on trout and grayling rivers, particularly effective in faster, deeper runs where fish are hard on the bottom.
