Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and, where possible, in original packaging before a refund or exchange can be processed. Refunds for lessons, guided trips, events, and hosted travel may vary depending on notice given and any costs already incurred. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. In some circumstances, activities may need to be postponed or altered due to weather, water conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events, and we will always aim to offer an alternative date or suitable solution where possible. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.

UK orders are typically dispatched within a few working days, while international shipping may take longer and can be subject to customs delays or additional charges outside of our control. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout where applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or courier providers; however, we will always do our best to assist with tracking and delivery enquiries. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
